MINDFUL LIVING REVOLUTION - March 4 - March 25: 4-week course

We will meet on Thursday evenings, 7 - 8:30 pm
Cost: $90 for the series or $25 for the introduction class on March 25th

This training will help you to establish a meditation practice and learn how to bring mindfulness practices into your everyday life.

The benefits of this training include:

BEYOND GREEN: Sustainability, Self-Reliance, and Mindful Living - March 6- March 27: 4-week course

We will meet every Saturday from 10:00am -12:30pm (3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27)
Cost: $120 (for the full series)

• organic gardening
• permaculture design
• composting/creative reuse
• the green kitchen and food sustainability
• personal lifestyle sustainability/saving money living green
• and mindful living

DEBORAH EDEN TULL

Deborah Eden Tull is a sustainability coach and meditation teacher who has been traveling to, living in, or teaching about sustainable communities internationally for the last 17 years, including seven years as a monk at the Zen Monastery Peace Center. She teaches workshops throughout Los Angeles County, and is certified in Permaculture Design, Bio-Intensive Organic Gardening, and Compost Education. Her approach to sustainable living is a unique combination of peace and environmentalism that emphasizes the interconnection between personal and planetary well-being. She was recently featured on KCRW's Good Food and has also been featured in Yogi Times Magazine, Larchmont Chronicle, Westside Today, Bicycle Fixation, Coffee Break TV Show and other publications.

SKY MANTIS

Ever since Sky Mantis earned his certificate in Permaculture Design over a decade ago, he has been on the path of practicing, teaching and expanding his understanding of  “bio-sustainable” design and systems.

He has explored sustainability on organic farms, intentional communities and urban ecology projects throughout the west coast, southwest, Hawaii and abroad. He’s also lived and worked closely with the Dinéh (Navajo) of northeast Arizona since 1997 and continues to learn from their gifts and challenges as indigenous peoples. 

Sky’s purpose is to spread the joy of living an empowered life in balance with our self, others and our environment.  He believes that through spiritual awareness, unbridled creativity, and inspired action we can cultivate personal and planetary health and sustainability.
